Our services

Tradely builds and hosts websites and provides lead-capture, marketing, and communication services for local trade businesses. Website demos are illustrative starting points generated from public information; final client sites are customized with the client's own content. Services are provided month-to-month with no long-term contract; clients may cancel at any time and keep their website.

SMS program terms

• Programs: Tradely Media operates two text programs. (1) Missed-call text-back and lead notifications: when you place a phone call to a participating business and the call is not answered, our system may send you a single automated courtesy text on that business's behalf, and may relay your reply to the business. Business owners receive text notifications about their own missed calls and leads. (2) Demo links by request: when you verbally ask us during a phone call, or request through a form on jointradely.com, we text you a link to the website demo we built for your business, and we may exchange the follow-up texts you initiate.
• Opt-in: messages are sent only after you call a participating business, verbally request a text during a phone call with us, or submit a form requesting one. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: varies with your own contact with us or the business, typically 1 to 3 messages per interaction. No recurring marketing messages are sent.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, submit false information, or use our forms or messaging systems for spam or unlawful purposes.

Payments

Fees are as quoted at purchase and billed via our payment processor. Monthly services renew until cancelled. Ad spend, where applicable, is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradely's liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the month the claim arises. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes or business outcomes.
